Standard custom orders are typically completed within 5–7 business days after final proof approval and deposit. Rush service may be available upon request for an additional fee. Turnaround may vary for larger, more complex, or specialty projects.
Custom orders include up to two rounds of revisions. Production begins only after the final proof is approved.
A 50% deposit is required after final proof approval and before production begins. The remaining balance is due at pickup for local orders or before shipment for shipped orders.
Because Sideline Made products are personalized and made to order, custom sales are final once the proof is approved and production begins. If there is a problem with an order, contact us and we’ll review it with you.
Local pickup and drop-off are the primary fulfillment options when available. Shipping is also available as needed. Shipping costs and timing may vary by order.
Submitting an inquiry or approving a proof does not guarantee acceptance of every project. Some designs, materials, deadlines, team branding, or specialty requests may require additional review before production.
Customers are responsible for having permission to use any logos, artwork, photos, names, or other materials they provide for customization.
